Our Goal

This year we’re asking the Africa Tikkun ‘Walk Stars’ to raise enough money to help secure the home environment of 300 vulnerable families.

An essential part of our holistic development model, our ‘Fund A Family’ programme aims to strengthen the family unit to ensure optimal development of the child. Some of the services we provide to families in need include parenting skills, home based early childhood development, assistance in accessing social grants, marriage counseling and substance abuse counseling.

By creating a stable home environment, children have the opportunity to thrive at school and develop into productive citizens.

All Walk Stars are challenged to raise enough funds to Fund a Family for one year = R2,280

•  We’ll be having lots of fun on the day and you’ll be invited to join us in the Walk Stars hospitality area after the race
