Investing in the development of youth is the only way to safeguard the future of any nation. In South Africa, most of the youth face a bleak future compounded by high levels of unemployment, poverty, and lack of education and skills to enable them to penetrate the opportunities offered by society. There is no sector in South Africa more urgently in need of development than our youth. Our approach sets out to initiate and deploy programmes towards job readiness which ultimately leads to sustainable youth employment opportunities. The target beneficiaries of these projects is impoverished youth aged 16 to 35.
The goals of the projects are to prepare and align youth beneficiaries to job opportunities through training and placement. Our holistic skills development approach is uniquely underpinned by a mentoring and psycho-developmental process which steers beneficiaries to the achievement of personal mastery.
